For Roche Diagnostics International, we supported the development and rollout of a global sustainability marketing campaign aligned with the organization’s commitments to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Our role focused on defining the strategic backbone, visual language, and asset ecosystem required to activate sustainability as a shared value across the organization.
Working closely with Roche’s global brand and marketing teams, OH37 established a clear marketing value proposition built around three core pillars: Social, Economic, and Environmental sustainability. From this foundation, we developed the campaign’s tone, messaging structure, and visual identity — ensuring the narrative communicated sustainability as a systemic, human-centered effort rather than a collection of isolated actions.
The campaign was designed to scale. We created a comprehensive MVP guide, usage frameworks, and a modular asset library that enabled global teams to adapt content across regions, languages, and channels while preserving consistency and intent. Assets included animated key visuals, campaign illustrations, infographics, internal presentations, social media content, website modules, and a lead animated campaign film.
By designing every element in-house — from strategy and illustration to animation and production — OH37 delivered a unified campaign system that empowered Roche’s teams to communicate sustainability with confidence, clarity, and impact.

A global sustainability narrative brought to life.
Through animation, illustration, and carefully crafted messaging, OH37 produced a lead campaign film that introduced the sustainability framework with clarity and emotional resonance. Designed for both internal and external audiences, the film established a shared understanding of sustainability as a collective responsibility and long-term commitment.
To ensure consistency and scalability, OH37 developed a comprehensive campaign guidelines document outlining visual language, tone of voice, asset usage, and adaptation rules. This framework enabled global teams to confidently deploy sustainability messaging across channels while maintaining alignment with the core strategy.
A suite of animated key visuals was created to anchor the campaign across touch-points. Each animation expressed one pillar of sustainability while contributing to a cohesive, interconnected system designed to educate, inspire, and align audiences globally.
OH37 designed a series of campaign infographics that translated sustainability principles into accessible, visual narratives. These assets supported education, internal alignment, and external communication by making complex ideas clear, structured, and engaging.
The campaign included a complete social media toolkit designed for global deployment. Templates, animations, and illustrations allowed teams to communicate sustainability consistently while adapting content to regional needs and platforms.
Dedicated campaign webpages extended the sustainability narrative online, creating a central destination for information, storytelling, and engagement. Designed for clarity and scalability, the pages supported both internal education and external visibility.
