Building on Roche’s global brand foundations, OH37 crafted a refreshed messaging architecture that unified previously fragmented product communication under a single strategic umbrella.
Supporting the overarching value proposition, with structured supporting pillars and narratives, and established a clear hierarchy for executive-level, mid-level, and tactical communications. This framework ensured consistency while allowing flexibility across channels, audiences, and use cases.
The program resulted in a comprehensive suite of tools designed to support real-world activation. These included a Marketing Communication Guide, a Sales Brand Book, executive presentations, explainer films, interactive digital brochures, refreshed website messaging, and adaptable social media templates. Each deliverable was designed to help teams communicate with clarity, relevance, and confidence — whether engaging internally, supporting sales conversations, or reaching customers through omni-channel campaigns.
